Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong Ruiniu Garment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has spent more than two decades doing one thing: engineering performance outerwear for other people's labels. We hold independent import and export rights, run our own pattern and sample rooms, and answer to buyers — not to trading intermediaries.
That focus is why our engineers speak the same language as your product team: hydrostatic head, MVTR, fill power, seam-slippage, Delta-E tolerance. Every enquiry is handled by a merchandiser who has shipped the same construction before, so feedback on feasibility and cost arrives in hours instead of weeks.
Continuous outerwear production experience
Minimum order quantity per style
Typical bulk production lead time
Verified annual production capacity
Automated spreading and cutting, ultrasonic welding, seam-taping and a three-tier inspection gate. This is the equipment and process discipline that keeps a 15,000mm claim true on piece number 8,000 — not just on the salesman sample.
A curated library of 2L, 2.5L and 3L laminates, recycled nylons and bonded softshells from mills we have audited for years.
Incoming fabric inspection (4-point system), in-line patrol every 2 hours, then 100% final audit with water-column spot checks.
JIT one-piece flow lines replaced batch bundling in 2019, cutting WIP and letting us confirm 30–45 day bulk windows with confidence.
CAD nesting and automated spreading push fabric utilisation above 88%, which directly protects your landed cost on premium laminates.

Each gate has a named owner, a deliverable and a clock. You always know who is holding your programme and what the next confirmation is.

Merchandiser + engineer review your tech pack, target price and test standards within 24 hours.

3D CLO fit simulation, graded patterns, lab-dips and certified fabric/trim cards for sign-off.

Proto, fit and PP samples from a dedicated 12-technician sample room — typically 7–10 working days.

One-piece flow lines with hourly output boards and weekly WIP photo reporting to your inbox.

100% piece inspection plus water-column, zip-cycle and measurement audits against your spec sheet.

Retail-ready labelling, barcode and carton marking, then FOB or DDP shipping with full documentation.
Sustainability claims only help your brand if they survive a retailer audit. We keep the paperwork that makes them defensible: mill certificates, transaction certificates, and material declarations issued in your order's name.

We develop for global outdoor labels, safety-equipment distributors and multinational uniform buyers — alongside emerging brands placing their very first 100-piece drop. Buyers visit our lines before every peak season; here is a look at that ongoing relationship.

Written by the engineers and QC leads who solve these problems on live orders — not by a marketing desk. Practical detail you can take straight into your next tech pack.
Start with the spec, not the price. How hydrostatic head, MVTR, laminate count and seam taping interact — and which combinations quietly blow your target FOB.

A real production case: how we traced yellowing on a white shell to TPU zipper migration, corrected the laser parameters and rewrote the inspection standard.

Down leakage is a construction problem, not a luck problem. Needle size, stitch density, down-proof coating and baffle choice — with the numbers we run in-house.
Read ArticleStraight answers on MOQ, lead time, performance standards and design support — the four questions that decide whether a factory is worth a sample order.
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style, which you may split across colourways and a full size run. For development programmes on selected in-stock fabrics we also accept 50-piece pilot runs, so newer brands can validate demand before committing to a full buy.
Proto samples are delivered in 7–10 working days. Bulk production runs 30–45 days after PP sample approval and fabric arrival. Programmes with membrane lamination, seam-sealing, sublimation or heavy embellishment sit at the upper end of that window; we confirm the exact date in writing before deposit.
We routinely build 2L, 2.5L and 3L constructions rated to 15,000mm hydrostatic head and 10,000 g/m²/24h MVTR, with fully taped seams, YKK or SBS waterproof zippers, and RDS-traceable down at 600–800 fill power. Third-party reports (SGS, Intertek, BV) can be arranged against ISO 811, JIS L1092, EN ISO 20471 and your own RSL.
Both. Our in-house pattern room and 3D CLO team can start from a sketch, a tech pack or even a reference garment and deliver graded patterns, fit samples, a production-ready BOM, trim sourcing and packaging artwork. If you already have a proven block, we cut strictly to your specification and grading rules instead.
We hold independent import/export rights and ship FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou, CIF or DDP. Every shipment includes packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and any required test reports. If a quality claim arises, we review inspection photos with you within 48 hours and settle by rework, replacement or credit on the next order.
Tell us the construction, the target market and the price you need to hit. A merchandiser who has already built that garment will come back with feasibility, fabric options and an indicative cost — usually within one working day.
