Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom ski wear and down jackets?

Accepted Answer

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style per colourway. For seasonal capsule programmes or fabric already held in our warehouse, we can split the order across 2-3 colours to help emerging brands test the market before scaling.

Question 2

How long does sampling and bulk production take?

Accepted Answer

Proto and fit samples are delivered in 7-12 working days after tech pack confirmation. Bulk production of insulated outerwear normally runs 30-45 days after PP sample approval and fabric arrival, depending on trim complexity and seam-sealing volume.

Question 3

Which waterproof and breathability ratings can Ruiniu achieve?

Accepted Answer

We routinely build 2L, 2.5L and 3L laminated constructions from 5,000mm/5,000g up to 15,000mm/10,000g, finished with fully taped seams and PFC-free DWR options on request.

Question 4

Does the factory hold compliance certifications for EU and North American buyers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our management system is ISO certified and our nominated mills supply OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, bluesign® and recycled-content documentation. Down is traceable and we can supply RDS-certified fill on project basis.

Question 5

How is quality controlled before shipment?

Accepted Answer

A three-tier inspection system is applied: incoming fabric and trim testing, in-line patrol inspection every two hours on the JIT one-piece flow line, and 100% piece-by-piece final audit with AQL reporting and photo documentation before carton sealing.
