Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style, which can be split across colourways and a full size run. For development programmes we also accept 50-piece pilot runs on selected in-stock fabrics so young brands can test the market before scaling.

How long does ski wear or down jacket production take?

Proto samples are delivered in 7-10 working days. Bulk production runs 30-45 days after sample approval and fabric arrival, depending on membrane lamination, seam-sealing and embellishment requirements.

Which performance standards can Ruiniu build to?

We routinely build 2L, 2.5L and 3L constructions rated to 15,000 mm hydrostatic head and 10,000 g/m²/24h MVTR, with fully taped seams, YKK/SBS waterproof zippers and RDS-traceable down at 600-800 fill power. Fabric partners hold OEKO-TEX Standard 100, bluesign and GRS certification.
